PhoD Harboring Microbial Community and Alkaline Phosphatase as Affected by Long Term Fertilization Regimes on a Calcareous Soil

چکیده
Organic phosphorus (Po) may play a vital role in availability via its mineralization by alkaline phosphatase (ALP), being encoded phoD gene, calcareous soil. Understanding the effects of long-term fertilization on community harboring bacteria and related alteration P owing to changes ALP secretion offer chance elucidate Po contribution soil available P. Based experiment, we analyzed gene microbial diversity, abundance composition, forms, their relationship. The treatments involved were control without any fertilizers (CK), synthetic nitrogen potassium (NK), nitrogen, (NPK), NPK crop stalk return (SNPK), plus organic manure (MNPK). Fertilization increased diversity over CK. Those receiving integrated with supplements significantly improved relative Proteobacteria but decreased Gemmatimonadetes at phylum level, while all fertilized appreciably Lysobacter that Gemmatirosa Afipia, genus level. SNPK MNPK noticeably Methylobacter reduced Pseudomonas Streptomyces those fertilizer treatments. Long-term markedly raised activity, which was positively correlated as represented genera Methylobacterium Lysobacter. closely associated moderately labile Po, followed enzyme P, recalcitrant Po. mainly driven carbon, Olsen pH. We concluded fertilization, especially addition supplements, profoundly modified properties subsequently changed bacteria, promoted activity ALP, thus various forms (mainly Po) enhance availability.

phoD Alkaline Phosphatase Gene Diversity in Soil.
Phosphatase enzymes are responsible for much of the recycling of organic phosphorus in soils. The PhoD alkaline phosphatase takes part in this process by hydrolyzing a range of organic phosphoesters. We analyzed the taxonomic and environmental distribution of phoD genes using whole-genome and metagenome databases. phoD alkaline phosphatase was found to be spread across 20 bacterial phyla and wa...
متن کاملVariations in eco-enzymatic stoichiometric and microbial characteristics in paddy soil as affected by long-term integrated organic-inorganic fertilization
To investigate the effects of different nutrient management regimes on the soil chemical, eco-enzymatic stoichiometric and microbial characteristics, soil samples were collected from a 30-year, long-term field experiment with six plots growing rice. The results showed that as integrated fertilization increased, so did the concentrations of soil total or available nutrients and microbial biomass...

متن کاملPhosphorus Accumulation and Sorption in Calcareous Soil under Long-Term Fertilization
Application of phosphorus (P) fertilizers to P-deficient soils can also result in P accumulation. In this study, soil P status and P uptake by apple trees were investigated in 5-, 10-, and 15-year-old orchards in the semi-arid Loess Plateau, China, and subset soils with different soil P statuses (14-90 Olsen-P mg kg(-1)) were selected to evaluate the characteristic P adsorption. Due to the low ...
